Salary: £16,000 - £18,000 pa (depending on experience)
Contract: One year to Permanent, Full-time 37.5 hours/ week
Reporting to: Director/ Chairman
Work Place: Leeds Grand Mosque (9, Woodsley Road, Leeds, LS6 1SN)

The successful candidate must have:
Proven management skills & experience
Proven record in using Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office
Effective use of social media and email
Good interpersonal and team work
Good written and spoken Arabic and English
Able to start immediately
Your work will include the following tasks/The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:
Taking, typing and distributing meeting minutes.
Answering inquiries and providing information verbally and in writing.
Operating office equipment and managing office space.
Website management: update website daily and as needed.
Partaking in event organisation.
Screening phone calls, inquiries and requests, and handling them when
Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority.
Corresponding on behalf of the director/chairman.
Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations.
Preparing and managing correspondence, reports and documents.
Organising and attending meetings
Maintaining office accounts and first-level book keeping.
Working closely with the imam and mosque committee.
Deputising for the director/chairman; making decisions and delegating work to others in the director’s/chairman's absence.
