The successful candidate must have:
  • Proven management skills & experience
  • Proven record in using Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office
  • Effective use of social media and email
  • Good interpersonal and team work
  • Good written and spoken Arabic and English
  • Able to start immediately
Your work will include the following tasks/The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:
  • Taking, typing and distributing meeting minutes.
  • Answering inquiries and providing information verbally and in writing.
  • Operating office equipment and managing office space.
  • Website management: update website daily and as needed.
  • Partaking in event organisation.
  • Screening phone calls, inquiries and requests, and handling them when
  • Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority.
  • Corresponding on behalf of the director/chairman.
  • Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations.
  • Preparing and managing correspondence, reports and documents.
  • Organising and attending meetings
  • Maintaining office accounts and first-level book keeping.
  • Working closely with the imam and mosque committee.
  • Deputising for the director/chairman; making decisions and delegating work to others in the director’s/chairman's absence.
