As our school expands, we are seeking a committed *Deputy Headteacher (DH)* to support the increasing complexity of our operations and help maintain the highest standards of educational excellence and teaching management.
Role Purpose
The DH will work closely with the Headteacher to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the school. This involves collaborating with teachers, students, and parents to deliver high-quality education, promote student welfare, and uphold safeguarding practices.
Key Responsibilities:• Assist in coordinating school operations (e.g., timetables, performance monitoring).• Oversee and develop safeguarding policies.• Contribute to curriculum planning and educational development.• Support student welfare by addressing behavioral and learning needs.• Assist in organizing staff meetings and professional development sessions.• Manage School communication with parents and other entities
Person Specification• Minimum 2 years of experience in teaching and school management.• Good knowledge of safeguarding practices.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Passion for working with children and supporting their educational and spiritual growth.
